Telvent Caseta joins Idris Technology Partners

Diamond Consulting Services (DCS), owners and developers of the award winning Idris® technology, are pleased to welcome Telvent Caseta Inc (Caseta) as a new Idris Technology Partner (ITP).

Caseta delivers Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems designed to meet the business objectives of tolling authorities, implementing a system where all components are scalable and deployable to meet client needs. A proud member of Telvent (NASDAQ TLVT), Caseta has offered complete ETC solutions and services for over 10 years. The key to their success continues to be the value they offer customers by utilising off-the-shelf hardware and open-source technology.

Caseta's staff comprise's team members who have designed, developed and delivered the in-lane and plaza / host systems for some of the most audit-intensive authorities, including MTA Bridges & Tunnels New York, the largest toll authority in the world. The Caseta system currently sustains over 170 million transactions per year and collects over $1.4 Billion in annual revenues.

Caseta already uses the advanced Idris technology for tolling projects in cities such as Austin, Texas. This partnership will enable the skill set of Caseta and the capabilities of Idris to expand into new geographical areas. The new commercial arrangements are designed to make Idris available to more end users of the technology and Caseta staff will shortly undergo Idris Certified Engineer (ICE) training to expand their offering of support and maintenance for Idris applications.
